“Study nature, love nature, stay close to nature. It will never fail you.”
― Frank Lloyd Wright
During the last weekend in April, Seeds of Hope took twelve secondary students camping in the campo (countryside) near the entrance to Quebrada Shallop. Selections were made based on attendance record and merit. There is nothing like spending time in nature and introducing young minds to the wild wilderness that is easily accessible from their home town. The students spent the weekend hiking, playing soccer in the open fields, roasting marshmallows and giggling underneath the vibrant stars. Isn't this what life is all about?
