We are so happy and excited to announce that the construction of the home for Alex and Carlos is now complete! Many of you may remember that the home of Carlos and Alex, two of our students here at Seeds of Hope, collapsed in August. With the amazing support of the Seeds of Hope community, along with support of volunteers here in Huaraz, the house is finished and looks wonderful. As the rain has set in recently, we are so grateful for your support to speed this project along.
Your support in constructing this home has provided shelter for three families, including two babies. It has also allowed for Carlos and Alex to continue to put their energies towards their schooling instead of needing to stay home and support their family in the construction of a new home.
This fundraising effort showed the depth of support we have here at Seeds of Hope, and was so inspiring to witness. Mil gracias a todos!!
